What is beat leasing / licensing?
Leasing gives you rights to use a beat without paying royalties, with no exclusivity — the same beat can be leased to other artists too. Once your lease's limits run out, you upgrade to the next tier for the same beat. The Unlimited lease removes limits entirely, so you never have to upgrade.
What's the difference between MP3, WAV, and Unlimited leases?
MP3 and WAV leases cap you at 2,000 sales, with 200K (MP3) or 500K (WAV) streams and radio-play eligibility on WAV. The Unlimited lease removes every cap — unlimited sales, streams, and radio play — and includes both file formats. The Track Stems lease adds individual 24-bit WAV stems on top of that, for a professional mix.
What is Exclusive Rights / Exclusive Ownership?
A one-time payment for a beat that becomes yours alone — it's instantly pulled from the store and you receive MP3, WAV, track stems, and a contract giving full exclusive ownership.
